Abstract


Based on the definition of family business, family business management, family business management model , based on the topics and research paper describes the significance of structural arrangements , methods and innovations , etc., followed by further pointed out the family business in the modern business competition strengths and weaknesses. In the analysis of Chinese enterprises , focusing on the analysis of the current development of Chinese family business and the development process, and with other countries in the form and development of the family business made ??a simple comparison in order to understand the differences between the two .
