Abstract


At present, the international IT company set up r&d centers in China has become a new investment hot spot. This article from the multinational corporation's investment theory and cross-cultural human resources management theory, this paper discusses the international IT company established in China r&d center of trend and reason, analysis the investment way for China's human resources strategy effect. Based on this, the study of transnational IT enterprise in the r&d center of human resources management issues, including the selection of a multinational IT company as a case, the paper makes an empirical analysis. Finally our government and enterprise in the face of international IT company talent localization, cross-cultural conflict in our country and the challenges IT in the process of enterprises' internationalization should take talent strategy.
