Abstract


Small cadastral management information system because of its simple, practical , cost is not high, the Chinese economy is relatively backward areas and the majority of county-level city has good application prospects. Paper introduces the connotation of cadastral information systems , cadastral information systems for domestic and international research condition , and then the land administration department of the county level cadastral management forms were analyzed , summed small cadastral information system should have the characteristics of this class system structure , function, database design , software and hardware configuration are described in detail. Cadastral Information System for the three difficulties: parcel of historical inquiry, process management, and graphics processing office , articles detail these three issues were analyzed , were given small cadastral information system for this issue solution. Finally, the article by Huaihua cadastral information system introduction, gives small and medium cadastral information system application examples. This article successfully applied to solve temporal GIS parcel historical inquiry, as a guide , designed to query the database entity relationship history ; thoughts with workflow processes for land registration control and management , the independent development of a workflow control in program development to achieve this functionality : the graphics processing unit makes the system call MAPGIS maps were able to be effectively managed .
