Heated front bed is a smelter blast furnace (ISP) lead slag separation system of the important equipment, how to present before bed electric transformation of the traditional manual control to automatic control, and ultimately to electric furnace remained stable before bed, and makes its power supply transformer remained balanced three-phase current, has become a significant research and development issues. In this paper, electric front bed is not easy to establish an accurate mathematical model, nonlinear, large time delay, time-varying characteristics of strong interference and discusses the application of intelligent control solutions to achieve an integrated control objectives of the automatic control system design methods. Paper first introduces the research background and origin issues, review current domestic and before bed for electric control system of the present situation of the electric control before bed and pointed out the difficulties before bed electric control system development trend, and then combined with the project's actual situation, given this thesis to study the problems and the basic solution ideas. By heating before bed process needs specific description, given the control needed to achieve specific performance indicators, by analyzing the traditional control methods in the application's lack of intelligence based control method is derived for the necessity. Next, the design of the control system design methods discussed theoretically. The system is divided into monitoring level, operational level and the executive level to control and optimize the production process, to ensure the stability of the production process; intelligent control system will be integrated into an integrated intelligent temperature control electrode current balance outer and inner integrated intelligent control, were used fuzzy control, artificial neural networks, expert control and optimization of control, intelligent control method is designed so that the control performance greatly improved. Finally separately from the hardware design and software design gives the integrated intelligent control system realization method: Hardware design discussions core control module, multi-sensor coordinate detection module, high linearity wideband communication transmission module and motor drive unit module four modules Specific design methods; software design discussions of data acquisition and processing module, data management module, a control algorithm module, web-based management system module and the help module five module design methods. The practical result shows: Paper presented before bed integrated smart electric control system, fully able to meet the requirements of the control performance. In summing up the final papers and application system design, based on the integrated intelligent control system indicated in the smelting enterprise wide application prospect.
