Abstract


Community development is important way and content of the social development; the study on community has been the viewpoint paid close attention to all the time. The development of the community relates to certain social economic background, different social environment condition must produce the different community. In our country’s social transformation period, it is particularly obvious to behave in social economic impact on community development of condition. A kind of new-type community has appeared during the process of transforminginto urban community in the rural community-------Intermediary’scommunity, a kind of transition community between urban community and rural community. Basing on the national conditions of our country, it is a meaningful thing to study the current situation of the development of intermediary’s community. Thesis this investigate with knowing foundation to community development in real example, accurate definition intermediary’s community, has described and analyzed the forming, development and inside characteristic of intermediary’s community, and the community economic activity to two intermediary communities of the north in Hunan, resident daily life style, concept, community divide into layer, community management is it go on deep analysis with construction, community with potential crisis to believe in, and has proved one’s own assumption . Through the finding, theintermediary community’s resident’s main body which is at transition stage is in one’s own life principle —Live under rational guidance, live a kind of life suitable for local society. This kind of life rationality has caused the variety of resident’s economic activity; the pluralism of the concept, there is important influence on the development of the community in this kind of life rationality. Community divide layer is it polarized to appear, community is it weaken already to believe in, potential conflict sprout, at the same time the community is managing and building some problems urgently to be solved, the above all transformed the course into urban community in rural communities and should be solved. Intermediary’s community has announced some inclination that the rural community of China transforms into urban community in the course simply and clearly in the form of microcosmic.
