Abstract


In 3 million existing enterprises run by the local people in China, the family businesses has accounted for more than 80% and become the most important organization form of enterprises in our country. With economic globalization process accelerating, how to reorganize resources of the family business in the foster and proceed the key competitiveness from the angle of the environment optimizing is concern to the vicissitudes of family businesses in our country. This is exactly the idea what this thesis is all about.The thesis first has stated the research necessities of the proposition, and has systematically analyzed the domestic and international study on this proposition, expounded the total research route and method. Secondly, the thesis has analyzed the environmental factors’ interaction and relationship which have effect on the growth of Chinese family businesses in terms of system, adaptability and tactics. The thesis has thought the many contacting and restricting factors which have effect on the growth of family businesses, each other have made of a complex environmental setup. And the optimization and merger of the environment have fostered and promoted the foundation of the key competitiveness of family businesses. Thirdly through the choice of the evaluation index of the environmental factor, the sureness of the weight and estimating of model, It has come to the fuzzy comprehensive evaluating conclusion of both interior and exterior environmental factors of firms. On the basis of this, has proposed the design principle of the scheme and overall frame that is about enterprise’s growth environment of Chinese family businesses, and has searched for the enforcement plans of improving the growth environment of Chinese family businesses including of financial affairs, labour power, organized systeminnovation and culture for the goal of promoting family business key competitiveness. Finally, in order to prove the practicality and feasibility of the theory, the writer through evaluating and has provided the improvement project in accordance with it analyzing the growth environment of enterprises of a case.
