Abstract


With the development of the information technology and the database application, there is a huge challenge in front of the Personnel management system. The application of the information technology in the Colleges and universities personnel management system is a good method for improving the personnel management mode, for improving the level of the personnel management. It become a necessary means for the Colleges and universities personnel management that build a Efficient personnel management system.The theory and technology of international personnel management system is analyzed in this paper. The percent Status of the personnel management system of college and universities is studied. The design target is described in this paper According to the demand of the personnel management and the actually instance Shan Dong Yingcai college, the personnel management system is designed completely. The Shan Dong Yingcai college personnel management system is based on the campus network. The target of management such as scientific, normative, systemic and automatic management is completely carried out.The technology base of building the personnel management system is studied in this paper. The design mode of the personnel management system is C/S and B/S combine mode. The analysis and modeling of the system are accomplished using of the UML. The frame and detail design of the system are also described in this paper. On the base of analysis and modeling, according to the facts of the college and universities, the Concept Design and the logical structure design are accomplished, and the child modules are also designed completely. The solutions of emphases and difficulty in the system design are improved in the paper. The shorts of the system and the final targets for the future are also described.
