Abstract


With Lightning Protection Technology Center of Shandong Province continuous development, integrated information management has become an important content of the work. Currently the center of information management has been in use extensive management, staff rely mainly on manual records. To overcome the integrated information management manual records exist of the \Provincial Lightning Protection Technology Center integrated information management system. 1) represents the future technology trends using Microsoft latest technology architecture. Net design, based on open technology standards, a collection of advanced collaborative office, service-oriented architecture SOA, XML concepts and techniques to maximize the network edge, By permissions and security settings to achieve OA office information management platform for data exchange between satisfy distributed application that allows units to achieve internal information and data sharing maximized. 2) using B / S mode and the industry-recognized Internet standards, support for Web Service standards, the client can simply install the browser IE6.0 work to implement user interface to access; system maintenance and upgrades only need to update server software, effectively reducing overall cost of the system is running, the system provides users with extended follow-up may be unknown. 3) system has a unified management platform, modular design, data exchange interconnection, each module can be extended reserved data interface and functional interfaces and other technical characteristics; 4) information management system, including units, acceptance management, test management, financial management, project management, and other five functional modules. After the test run, solve the original drawbacks of extensive management, fully able to meet current business needs. 5) system has a strong background in management functions. Management of the system, personnel management, systems such as the right to use the \Integrated Management System implementation and use, one can further found that the current problems in lightning protection services through standardized processes, strict examination and approval, to further improve mine service work; while achieving a unified data management, easy access, and enhance anti- Ray Service Information and units readability and continuity of historical data, to improve a variety of data availability.
