Abstract


Currently, there is not a suitable the Qingzhou City Bureau for Letters and Calls petition management system , the majority of first-line petition in the day-to-day work and affairs is still day - to - day work manually , resulting in a messy information , a lot of energy spent a first-line petition personnel and time is not conducive to the summary of the inspection work at a higher level , is not conducive to the Letters and Visits Bureau Science to carry out day-to-day work . To this end, the full realization of the inevitable trend of development of the digital petition . Software technology using a variety of modeling tools use-case analysis of the system requirements , the design stage the functional framework graph partitioning function of the system , activity diagram and timing diagram describes the program design process , the use of class diagram describes relationships between classes and methods in the class is defined . Technically analyzed the Spring java object management in this system and the control of things , achieve describes a set of business logic of the system implementation process and the key technologies used in the system implementation . System to achieve the main function in the following areas : (1) to improve the level of standardized management of the petition , save the Letters and Visits Bureau petition the management of human and material resources , improve the petition personnel perform tasks the emergency response capacity , the first-line petition from the complicated affairs work freed , the petition can be better to modernization and regularization of the direction of development , in order to adapt to the social transformation of the People contradictory increased , petitioners pressure changes in the situation .
