Abstract


The management of financial cash escort is a very dangerous and high-security work in daily management. The traditional way of escort depends on the strict management. If there is a vulnerable management, such as information disclosure or personnel changes, it may be a great threat to the funds of bank. Currently, the traditional way of escort still relies on the manual method for registration and identification. If there is any anomalies in the complex escort process, messages can not be captured timely. Therefore, to construct a closed-loop style management process for escort is significant, and will eliminate various problems caused by external factors, strengthen the automatic implementation of the system and the security of the escort procedures.This paper mainly discuss about the design and implementation of software engineering, transport bank notes escort control and management system from the perspective of software project. A closed-loop control system based on RFID can provide a comprehensive means for escort to reduce the human risk at the escort work, while improving efficiency. And the efficiency can be increased at the same time too. In order to achieve closed-loop control, the paper set the goal of the system, including functional requirements and non-functional requirements, and then put forward a total solution based on the basic process of escort. In each session of escort, RFID Information will be collected to achieve the effect of closed-loop. On this basis, the system is divided into three sub-systems:one is RFID data center, the other is personnel management subsystem and the last one is materials management subsystem. The paper talked about the logical view and deployment view as well as functional architecture and security issues. Then each of the systems is detailed designed.This paper mainly used the UML diagrams to describe it. For example, class diagrams, state diagrams, sequence diagrams and collaboration diagram. Then I did the database design. As the system is rather huge, this paper only implements the personal management subsystem. Escorts electronic verification system has built up a cash transport escort electronic information, made work permits and personal characteristics of the combination of the authentication system to ensure the transport network identified as the accuracy of the notes and escorts among Shandong Agricultural Bank of China, which is also an effective way to eliminate the security risks. This system, based on the RFID, will achieve a real-time data collection at each key point, a full control to minimize human intervention and reduce risks effectively. Putting the system into the development process will be able to fill the transportation escort notes gaps in the field electronically, improve management level of escort, and escorted the occurrence of such cases, which will be great helpful to improve the social image of banks.
