Abstract


Along with the rapid development of science and technology, informationization influences world economic and social development as a whole. Therefore, for all countries, informationization has become the strategic high ground for future development and the focus of the overall contest. As the important departments of Party committees and governments, the Discipline Inspection Organs attain great importance to informationization construction. In order to adapt to the modern development and keep pace with times, it’s a requirement to do discipline inspection work by using information technology. Meanwhile, it’s an important approach for the Discipline Inspection Organs to perform their functions and promote the scientific development. Considering the actual work, Anqiu Discipline Inspection and Administration Bureau develops this system in order to enhance management and improve the management efficiency of discipline inspection work as well as improve the specification degree.The system is developed by adopting lightweight Rational RUR with agile development characteristics. It also takes UML as its analysis and design description language, as well as using swing technique. And finally, the discipline inspection work management system is designed in C/S structure. This article carries out overall demand analysis and design for the system’s seven functions. We acquire the demand of the system through problems analysis method based on modern software engineering multichannel demand inspire mode and Agile development idea.The article analyzes the development background of the system and briefly expounds system development trend; meanwhile, it carries out the feasibility study about system functions according to some problems existing in the system. The article introduces the development mode and functional requirements of the system, describing the basic function of its each module; In addition, non-functional requirements of system are also illustrated. The system will finally meets the demands of Anqiu Discipline Inspection and Administration Bureau.The informationization construction of Discipline Inspection Commision in county level aims to establish a platform for supervision and management which is expected to be united in discipline inspection and supervision, perfect in function, sound in system, safe and reliable. We will improve the utilization rate of information resources,expanding the applied range and deepening the applied depth in order to serve the public better through optimizing the business process and integrating the information resources and business system.
