Abstract


Tussah male moths concentrate on the 2nd choice early feathering , not mating the tussah male moths as the raw material , the use of low temperature negative pressure extraction technology , processing of condensed products . And a measurement of the concentrated solution of nutrients and food sanitation analysis : The results showed that 18 kinds of free amino acids was 11.34g / L ( about 1 concentrate was 6.14 g / L of 2 -fold) , wherein essential amino acid content of 3.29g / L, accounting for 29 % of the total lysine content of up to 0.38 g / L ; oil content of the concentrate from the 1st 0.3% , down 0.09% ; vitamin A15.2IU/Kg , vitamin E, B , 1 B 2 the total 0.0099g/Kg ; abundant mineral elements ; concentrate consistent with national food hygiene standards . Mouse cellular immunity , humoral immunity , and the test results show that the mononuclear phagocytic cell system functions : the concentrated solution has significantly enhanced the role of cell-mediated immunity , is an immunomodulatory effects of health food . Of the mouse liver JiangMei role of the inspection results show that : the concentrated solution can significantly reduce the carbon tetrachloride poisoning serum alanine aminotransferase levels , has obvious protective effect on liver cells ; may have to reduce the carbon tetrachloride poisoning in mice serum triglyceride level of acid , can significantly reduce the fatty degeneration of the liver tissue ; carbon tetrachloride poisoning mice injured liver tissue has a significant protective effect , can reduce liver cell degeneration , necrosis of the extent and scope . Having homocysteine ??induced hyperlipemia : studies have shown that the concentrate to reduce the cysteinyl helium acid - induced the high ester hyperlipidemia serum cholesterol , triglycerides , low-density lipoprotein concentration , increase the concentration of high-density lipoprotein , a good treatment for hyperlipidemia .
