Abstract


In today 's fierce competition in the telecommunications industry environment , effective use of data analysis tools , to solve the problem of business operations has a very important significance . In this context , the customer is the key, in addition to the analysis of the basic properties of the customer , should also be further in-depth study of their consumer behavior . Currently, research in this area and bring significant benefits case also small , and is most concentrated in the customer value . This paper, 0LAP and data mining technology combined common analysis of the telecom customer behavior , aims to identify the characteristics of consumer groups as well as the relevant laws , better supporting marketing decisions . In this paper, the billing system Yueyang City three months of consumption data analysis, design, consumer behavior analysis of the theme of the constellation model . The model is based on the application of OLAP analysis techniques to analyze the dimensions and measures to create the characteristics of consumer behavior and consumer grade cubes , sliced ??, cut, rotate, etc. , informed a customer base , levels of consumption and consumer characteristics . OLAP analysis , draw useful conclusions for the fixed telephone cold and hot charging \Further , the application of data mining technology, cluster analysis method to solve the problem of cold and hot charging \the eventual establishment of a clustering model , subdivided into five categories of customer base to identify high-value customer groups and other characteristics of the population , and put forward reasonable suggestions . Data mining analysis process based on the CRISP-DM methodology , the application of the theory of one-way ANOVA of the model were evaluated , the final release of the model .
