Abstract


Performance management has become the corporate human resources development and the management of an important means and tools for the sustainable development of enterprises play a significant supporting role. Vocational education in China 's education is an important part of the development of vocational education is to build a powerful socialist modernization on behalf of the urgent need . Personnel training in vocational schools as the main base , the opportunities and challenges facing the new era , how to focus on the school's educational goals, vocational schools do a good job building the internal management system for the characteristics of teachers , scientific and effective performance management, further development and optimization of the overall allocation of resources , improve operating efficiency , design a suitable vocational school's characteristics, to fully mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity of teachers' performance management system , has become the development of vocational schools must solve a problem. This article is from home and abroad on the basis of performance management theory through theoretical analysis and empirical analysis , qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis and case study approach to performance management in vocational school teachers to study , so that the school management theory combined with practice . Construction characteristics suitable vocational school teacher performance evaluation model, object model design system , the system dynamic model and system functional model , given a three-tier architecture based on systems analysis and design, choose the system architecture and models, according to software engineering theory , demand analysis, design , implementation, testing four stages are designed using ASP , ADO database technology and WEB structure to achieve user authentication system , Sign , evaluation, appraisal and other modules. Currently, the system has been in use Shantou Special Economic Management Cadre School , proved the implementation of the system , greatly reducing the performance management of teachers and teaching quality assessment workload and improve office efficiency and information processing levels , while improving on teacher evaluation and scientific impartiality , performance management for teachers to provide a proven application platform for the eventual realization of a comprehensive network of teachers teaching performance management system to make an attempt .
