Abstract


Real estate development and construction business should take effective project objective management to reasonably cut the construction period, and also to improve the construction quality of construction projects, provided that investment costs should not be increased.This thesis focuses on the project quality management based on real estate development and construction of Jingcheng Real Estate Development Company in Sanmenxia City, and combines field surveys on some enterprises in city during the project implementation, in order to propose the practical design plan of quality control information system of real estate construction project. As a core personnel of the project development, the author takes part in the whole process including early research, requirements acquisition, overall design and system implementation, based on which, we try our best to develop an easy-to-use cognition management system which can fully reflect the interactivity of management system operation.Due to the influence of various factors, the progress plan of Real estate development and construction project may frequently be changed. It is often that various conditions and factors have changed as the progress plan is made, so that they need make a new progress plan for construction project. If we use computer management system, we can immediately draw up the progress plan for the next construction project to improve the feasibility of construction project plan in practical application.This thesis studies the basic technology for the establishment of construction project quality control system, and sets the system development principle and philosophy as it conducts comprehensive research and analysis on organizational structure, management business process and user’s needs of research object through structured analysis method. In accordance with the management demand for real estate construction and development Jingcheng Real Estate Development Company in Sanmenxia City, it can improve the development efficiency of real estate construction and development of Jingcheng Real Estate Development Company in Sanmenxia City; meanwhile it can decrease the corresponding cost of development and management.In this thesis, the construction project quality control system is designed according to the principle of structured system development, and it is the main process of the design that systems analysis, data structure design, three-layer structure system design and the performance of system function. This thesis mainly discusses the key steps of the above process and presents the design and implementation of some function modules in detail.
