Shaanxi Telecom in order to master the operations of the company in 2008 , and will appear in the 2009 operations and business trends to make scientific and reasonable forecast , decided to let the data warehouse departments to develop 09 business index system . This article describes the background and technical knowledge of the data warehouse , design and value statistics ( the number of calls , call length) long and natural to call 09 business index system mobile voice roaming state indicators . Determination of data warehouse related to the interface of the ETL process and storage process development , and its data warehouse of infrastructure are discussed , including the logical system structure and network topology structure , as well as to develop after the completion of the test , analyze and improve the work , for the system ultimately on the line and stable operation has provided a guarantee . Of course there are inadequacies , the problem is being resolved or will be resolved , so that the data warehouse decision support for the company to do better .
