Computer industry certification exam is for the computer information technology staff induction careers , talent exchange provides a standardized skills testing, current types of certification exams test management system complex, its management tools and methods are relatively backward , and certification exam large number of people , so that the whole registration, organization , exam scheduling and other work exceptionally heavy , need a suitable hospital certification exam examination management system for the management of the work . In this paper, the design and realization of the \First studied the system-related technologies ; secondly analyze the system functionality, performance , and data needs, design the system architecture, system functions and databases , and to achieve the system's main functions. This system architecture is based on browser / server architecture of four . Using ASP. NET development tools , and database connections using ADO. NET technology, and through the database connection pool technology to improve the efficiency of database access , the use of decision tree algorithm to analyze test scores to guide the candidate registration and test center training ; using automatic scheduling algorithm ensures exam examination flexible , fair and efficient. The system has a feature-rich , clear structure , high efficiency , data access , high efficiency, easy to expand and maintain excellent performance , convenient online registration , reducing the chance of error , and enhance the accuracy and validity of information , but also improve the test center quality of service. The system also has the following aspects of work still need to improve , enhance system security, enhance data integrity constraints improve the accuracy and compatibility of data , the real system is automated.
