Abstract

Anti-corrosion coatings rely on inorganic corrosion inhibitors to improve corrosion resistance , also do a more in-depth study of its corrosion mechanism , but organic corrosion inhibitor coating studied under not do this the papers from organic slow the eclipse agents start to explore the mechanism of organic corrosion inhibitor in the epoxy coating . By electrochemical method and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) to study the 1,4 - butynediol corrosion inhibitor in the epoxy coating INHIBITION . The results show that : the corrosion inhibitor added can significantly change the impedance of the coating , when inhibitor added in an amount of less than 0.5% , the impedance of the coating is increased with the increase in the amount of corrosion inhibitor : through Zsimpwin software of the measured Inhibition coating AC impedance data were fitted incomplete layer of the polymer covering film that is generated between the substrate and the coating , on this basis, using the polarization curve technique of this cover film in the coating in the inhibition mechanism . Using electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and surface analysis techniques to study the impact of different inhibitor coated talc on the corrosion resistance of epoxy coating . Stearate different cladding concentration , the diffusion coefficient of water in the coating is obtained by calculation . The results show that the coated by stearic acid , talc filler in the epoxy resin coating , having a reduced water diffusion coefficient . Stearate - coated talc filler in the epoxy coating , there exists an optimum coating concentration, the diffusion coefficient of water in the coating when the coating amount is less than the concentration of the top cladding With coated the amount decreases, when greater than the concentration of the top cladding stearate, will affect the coating adhesion to the substrate and lose preservative . Transparent cup measured seepage rate , different temperature water vapor containing stearic acid coated with talcum powder epoxy coating is obtained by calculating the apparent activation energy of the transfer of water vapor in the coating . The results show that the temperature rises , the water vapor in the coating seepage rate of speed , but has little effect on the amount of saturated absorbent coating ; apparent activation energy of the water vapor in the transmission of the stearic acid coated filler coating significantly higher transfer blank coating apparent activation energy in water .
