Results: mesenchymal stem cells in the bone marrow 4 weeks after transplantation , LVSP and dp / dtmax significantly improve , -dp/dtmax than pre-transplant , LVEDP significantly lower than the pre-transplant , and compared to the control group, a statistically significant difference (P lt; 0.05) ; transplant groups infarction Center area and non - infarct zone collagen deposition amount was significantly lower than the control group , in which the noninfarcted collagen deposition than transplants decreased , a statistically significant difference ( P lt; 0.05 ) .
