Abstract


BOT project financing as a unique way, has been successfully applied in many countries. It is an effective way to ease the the government infrastructure financial pressure, improve investment efficiency. With China's rapid economic growth, the lack of funds for construction and infrastructure shortage is more prominent. BOT project financing, to resolve these contradictions, and important way to speed up infrastructure construction in China. BOT project financing mainly used in large-scale infrastructure projects, the success or failure of a significant relationship. Thus do the initial feasibility study is essential. Establish and improve a BOT project feasibility evaluation index system, the strengthening of project management, improve investment in scientific decision-making is necessary. On the other hand, the BOX project investment and construction scale, long cycle, involving a wide range, usually by a number of shareholders of the project company to a number of financial institutions loan financing and organization of construction and operation, the object of the project products and services, mostly state-owned unit or directly to the user charges. These features make the project there are a number of risks, affected by many factors. Thus good project risk management is an important aspect of the BOT project financing. This article is divided into four parts: the first part of the BOT project financing overview. In introducing the concept and evolution of the form of BOT project financing, analysis of the characteristics of the BOT project financing, the scope of the main parties and their financing structure. The second part, the BOT mode of the feasibility of the application. Background and our country BOT project financing, its necessity and reality. Analysis of influencing factors of the success of the BOT project financing, the establishment of a BOT project financing feasibility evaluation index system, combined with examples of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method using the index system for BOT projects feasibility evaluation. The third part, the BOT project financing risk management. The characteristics of BOT project financing risk, risk identification. Risks in BOT projects are divided into controllable risk and control risk, and described in detail for each type of risk management methods. Part IV BOT project financing application in China and Countermeasures. Analysis of the problems and obstacles in the development of BOT projects in China and put forward five suggestions.
