Abstract


With the popularity of computer and development of social and economic advances in the management of the various units have become increasingly demanding quality, an economic and efficient attendance management system in enterprises improve information management plays a vital role. Currently, automated fingerprint identification technology applications in education are increasingly widespread, campus card, data encryption, decryption, fingerprints and other family admission ticket applications are increasingly sophisticated higher education for the daily management of teaching management and staff to provide an effective means. Fingerprint recognition technology has wide application prospect.Fingerprint attendance management system is an application of the technology. Now, more advanced time and attendance system was to use computer features fingerprint recognition software extracts data, and then be identified by matching recognition results to determine identities for all biometric fingerprint identification technology.Universities studied in this paper is the attendance management system using fingerprint recognition technology as a way of attendance. This article first outlines the research background of this issue, introduced the relevant knowledge and fingerprint recognition fingerprint identification process, then focus on the analysis of system architecture, database design and function of each module, last, the actual situation of our school, design and Implementation of University-based fingerprint attendance management system.The staff of the fingerprint system used as a medium for us to fingerprint, fingerprinting attendance, attendance management, and system-generated time and attendance reports, so that our hospital staff attendance management more efficient, simple, open and fair. System can easily complete the appraisal function, and the statistics of a variety of attendance reports, In addition, the system and realize our school web site links, you faculty can check their attendance through the network of information, so that management automation a reality.The system has been in Henan Vocational and Technical College of trial operation, according to the actual operation of the administrator and staff feedback, to facilitate the attendance management school faculty, very practical, basic to the design objectives. The use of the system in the future, we will be according to faculty feedback, the system deficiencies exist continuous improvement and debugging to make it more human.
