Abstract


This paper describes a method called \Concession is mainly used to protect the rich biodiversity conservation , while areas threatened by human activities , such as tropical rainforests and coral reefs . Protection of these areas the traditional method is to create nature reserves , but this approach has some drawbacks , the biggest flaw is a protected area residents unable to derive economic benefits from environmental protection , environmental protection and economic development in conflict . To solve this problem , developed a direct coordination of the relationship between environmental protection and economic development of the new protection mode , that is to protect the franchise . Under the Protection of the concession agreement , the land owners as concession seller is responsible for maintaining the integrity of the ecological environment , environmental investors in exchange for a stable economic gains. This article from the perspective of public goods supply concession for the protection of the economic analysis , environmental protection through research investment property configuration investigated the impact of concession and the nature reserve to protect the relationship between the way . Concluded that each of these two methods suitable for different situations, a complementary relationship between them ; protection can improve the appearance of concession overall social environment of the level of investment to bring better protection. In the economic analysis , based on the protection of the introduction of this paper, the feasibility of the concession . By analyzing the current situation of environmental protection concession expounded the necessity of introducing and then finance potential regulatory policy support to these aspects analyzed the feasibility of the introduction of protection concession , finally put forward relevant policy recommendations.
