Abstract


The trend that the financial merges into an integral whole is more and more obvious. It is bancassurance that distributing insurance product by bank. The bancassurance has become global economic phenomenon quickly. The experiences of foreign bancassurance development indicate that the governing system arrangement of finance and the revenue from tax special discount and the policy support are the sill of originating and developing for bancassurance. The mature financial markets constituted by bank and insurance and customer are the foundation of bancassurance development. Most bancassurance products abroad are simple saving function products. They solve appropriately the problem to keep on bancassurance healthily developing The bancassurance development time is short in China, but the development speed is quick, and it has become an important part of insurance company and bank. But Chinese bancassurance also appears lower profit margin, cooperation lax, incentive expenses competition and not enough norms of market orders etc. The business needs transformation urgently. The successful experiences that draw lessons from the foreign bancassurance development tell us that the bancassurance transformation have to insist to take value as the center in China. Our mission is to set up the close bank- insurance strategic cooperative relation, build up diversified distribution model including integrative distribution model and specialist distribution model and financial planning model, develop diversified products adapted mutually to each distribution model, strengthen management based on each sale model, and raise the level of charging at the same time. If we do these, the bancassurance will keep on developing healthily in China.
