Abstract


In order to China's polar scientific exploration of scientific management , improve efficiency , and promote the development of the cause of polar expedition , State Oceanic Administration, Office of Polar project , the establishment 's polar expedition based on GIS information management system ( hereinafter referred to as ' polar expedition management system ') , to serve China 's polar expedition career , to build a unified plan for the Arctic scientific expedition managers , research project and the organizers of the project , site visits , implementers and reviewers of different users , more efficient and transparent collaborative work platform . To Polar Office staff networked office , using GIS to provide scientific reference for Arctic scientific expedition planning and decision-making ; Polar expedition team members submit expedition data in a timely manner ; make the general public a better understanding of the Arctic and Antarctic . This article is in the \Arctic scientific expedition business status quo and functional requirements , the analysis of the composition and function of the system . According to the system application background , in distributed systems built on the basis of the proposed system architecture is based on the distributed structure of the web . Based on the status quo of China 's polar scientific exploration , as well as data resource management ( basic centralized management) , analyzed the data content and its classification of the polar expedition management system , and pointed out that the physical deployment of the polar expedition data . Analysis of multi-sources of the polar expedition data , combined with the integrated form of spatial data with particularity in the field of China 's polar expedition , the corresponding data integration solutions . Finally, the paper also discusses the integration of GIS with the polar expedition of e-government .
