Abstract


Bidding system is the product of market economy , since 2000 the \bidding management efforts, in large part to protect the national interests , public interests and bidding activity legitimate rights and interests . This article describes the general domestic construction project bidding process and the various stages of the work done by the specific content of bidding activities for issues that arise from the contractor's point of view, summed up the project tender bidding among some of the strategies and techniques the bidding process risk issues are analyzed , and according to today's construction market, project contracting unit less and more than the actual situation, put forward rational bidding , merit mark and cast the idea of ??Analytic Hierarchy Process to establish a tender optimal selection model , a case study . This paper is divided into four chapters. Main contents of each chapter are as follows: Chapter 1, \This chapter begins with a brief introduction of tendering and bidding for the development of the status quo , then our project tender bidding process and content of the work done in each period discussed in detail . Chapter 2, \This chapter summarizes the work outlined in the tender offer some strategies and techniques for the bidding process to do an analysis of the risk factors proposed bidding risk control methods , and proposed construction companies in the bid strategy and tactics . Chapter 3, \This chapter describes a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods of analysis - AHP, and optimal selection combined with the tender to construct a hierarchy of tender optimal selection , established the hierarchy factor index . Chapter 4, \This chapter combines the previous chapter to establish a hierarchy model, using case analysis of the bidders to explain the optimal selection process.
