Abstract


Personal Financial Services is a commercial bank in China in recent years launched an innovative fee-based business, due to its market prospects are attractive, attracting many banks involved. However, many commercial banks launched the Personal Financial Services is a lot of other banking business accessories, did not regard it as a core competency of the Bank. One of the important trends of the modern financial development is a combination of financial and information technology. Relative to traditional personal finance to carry out, have a great advantage in personal financial management information system support. Firstly, from the status quo of China's current personal finance, analyzes the drawbacks of traditional banking personal finance and personal finance management information system-based advantages, and then from the point of view of the management information system, the bank of personal finance business and technical framework for the research, four stages of personal finance at MIS analysis, customer information system, customer analysis, customer financial management system, customer relationship system composed of a personal finance management information system. Traditional personal finance strategies, personal financial decision support system (DSS) model combined with the demand of the market for personal finance, personal finance strategies in support of the DSS, the difference on the basis of market segmentation strategy; product innovation strategy; talent strategy; industry guidance and strategy for industry to follow. Network and electronic technology to implement customer relationship management, customers \marketing and online personal finance services as a personal finance innovation. Network and computer applications, resulting in a phase in the management information system for traditional personal financial management is not the same as the various risks specific legal risk, data mining, data centralization of the risks as well as other common network and computer-related risks, combined with the Personal Financial Services carried out a detailed analysis of these risks. Finally, based on case studies, were analyzed from the point of view of the management information system of China's largest state-owned commercial banks of China Industrial and Commercial Bank of a financial account.
