Abstract


With the introduction of competition mechanism , the formation and operation of the form of diversification , more and more agents are added to the communications industry . Effective marketing , China Telecom as basic telecommunications carriers , continue to strengthen channel construction , the combination of the operating room plus agents approach . Differentiated business support , provide for different levels of agents to enhance dealer service levels, strengthen communication between China Telecom and agents , to improve Chinese telecommunications company market share and revenue . This article is based on the business needs of the Guangxi Branch of China Telecom , the completion of the the dealer portal system design and implementation . The dealer portal system is available to small and medium-sized agency partners using B2B e-commerce system . In this paper, starting from the dealer portal system project background , characteristics and problems of the project , carried out in-depth study of the the dealer portal system development project . Currently popular and more mature Web application development technology to the telecommunications business system , the agents portal system . In the system development process , the use of object-oriented modeling language UML analysis and design modeling system uses B / S structure development to achieve , using JAVA technology , application WEB2.0 technology to enhance the friendship and interaction . Completed the following work : (1) research and analysis of business systems agents support the status quo . ( 2 ) the completion of the needs analysis to determine the functions of the main dealer portal , including business process , and paid recharge . (3 ) to complete the detailed design of the database tables , function modules . (4 ) to complete the testing of the system . Agents portal system is developed based on actual research and demand , the company has initially promote the use of actual plays on the expansion of the telecommunications business and improve dealer business support meaningful role .
