Abstract

The gaming industry is a new hot spot and economic growth point , whether government or individuals expressed a great deal of attention . The game virtual image role to become a special cultural phenomenon , to become the next new force of the film and television design, product design and advertising , and to promote the convergence and integration between them , the development and expansion of its derivatives form a huge lucrative the game industry . The game industry has broad market prospects , in-depth study on the role of the game undoubtedly has an extremely important significance . The domestic game character design a low polygon role modeling and graphic design , character animation principles , computer graphics based research , and how to combine 3D pre- programming the late , especially the role on a specific game how to use the engine to drive the theater photorealistic animation but lack of systematic research . Based on the above understanding , I will strive to combine animation and procedures , technology and art , game animation is a combination of the three levels of the combination of three-dimensional analysis of the popular theater -level game . This \discuss how to use these games in recent years, the most cutting-edge graphics technology to achieve special effects of the film level analysis , trying to find the real-time calculation 3D game how to achieve real theater character design and character animation . This paper is divided into four parts . Summary of the game character design , technical and artistic level of the basic theory , basic prediction on the direction of development of the character design .
