Abstract


Ability of modern media agenda-setting media opinion competitiveness is also important characterization of its market competitiveness . In the international marketplace of ideas , the different media shape the image of the country is essentially a reflection of the country's competitiveness in the field of media . Selected the famous \process , and then reflect on the lack of media agenda-setting and operational capacity . The main purpose of this study lies in the detailed study on the subject of the course , to explore a relatively weak position of a country full response to it under strong international pressure of public opinion . This paper is divided into four chapters . The first chapter a brief review on the history of Western image of China and focus on modern and contemporary image changes in the characteristics summarized a little ; Chapter II select a worldwide sensation effect \text to contemplation and render the operation of the whole process of the \hidden mysteries ; final chapter focused on from the perspective of culture , which lasted , and the reality of international politics on the basis of the results of previous studies , the Chinese media and the New York Times to explore the influence of the international public opinion the gap and get to the bottom behind multiple motives , given the research topics of practical significance.
