Abstract


With the reformation "detach power web from the power plant and separate the assistant from the main" of our country power system, and open the power construction market, the Thermal Power Construction Enterprise want to possess big market, the management of them must fit for the request of new time. More of the chattel in the Thermal Power Construction Enterprise are machine plants, the emphases of them are hoist & transport machines. These plants often move one point to another, the working condition of them is hard.The conflict between the rather lag of the plant management model and means and the plant scale and autoimmunization in the Thermal Power Construction Enterprise become more and more acute. The plant management model and means need reform.This paper will discuss the modern model of plant management, and point out that modern-model-based plant management is the way to upgrade the plant management.Combining the characteristics with the facts of the plant management in the Thermal Power Construction Enterprises, the author of this paper think that the TPM fit to spread in the Thermal Power Construction Enterprises.Web-based plant management information system is good for upgrading the plant management level in the Thermal Power Construction Enterprise. This system can realize prophase management、 running management、 maintenance management and economy management, and share information of plant management in all departments of the enterprises.Finally, this paper bring forward a assumption : wireless transmitting-based long-distance inspecting & diagnosing system. Every plant is a separate unit. Through wireless transmitting, plant can send its real time information (including temperature、 press、 angle、 load and so on) to the transforming center. Transforming center will sends the information to parent company or expert system through Internet.
