Abstract


Land and resource information is an important part of the national construction , and how to take advantage of modern information technology to establish structure complete, full-featured , advanced technology and meet the requirements of land and resources management modernization of land management information system , the land and resources of the provinces, municipalities an important work in the information construction . Its powerful computing capabilities with the ability to interact with the second-generation Web applications Rich Internet Application (RIA) technology continues to improve , bring revolutionary changes in Internet - based applications , but also bring new development opportunities for land information system . Based on this, this paper WebGIS as well as other more mature technology system , the design of the overall architecture of the Homeland public information management system based on of the RIA Silverligh technology and WEBGIS technology , constructed in line with the actual land application requirements and Land Management database model and Homeland public information sharing platform. The main research content and innovation : the ideas and methods of Homeland information services based the RIA 's Silverligh technical and WEBGIS build ; combined with the actual needs of the land department , Land Information Management business processes , data flow , and detailed system function , elaborate on the overall architecture of the system , the security of the overall function of the structure and database design , system design ; simulate Google Earth grading cut Figure system using Silverlight technology , hierarchical display rasterized Homeland data , combined with the Homeland resource data sharing and application requirements , provide data directory services , features of the multi-view map window . This system can be applied to the management of land and resources , to improve the level of Cadastral Management , to promote land information , scientific and standardized management of the realization of this goal .
