Abstract


Quality-oriented education needs the high-quality education team. The young team of university students’ ideological and political work (hereafter referred to as the young team) has already become the main part of the moral quality-oriented education for the university students, and the state of its quality will influence the effect of university’s quality-oriented education directly. At present there are great changes about the university ideological and political work environment, the educational target and itself. The current quality of the young team could no longer fit the new situation and demand of the university’s student’s ideological and political work. The quality of the young team refers to the physical and psychological features which influence the young team training the university students’ ideological moral quality directly and the systematic structures of its basic quality. The quality of the young team is the unified organic whole composed by the good political quality, the scientific ideological quality, noble moral quality, sound psychological quality and comprehensive scientific cultural quality, etc. The quality of the young team is the decisive factor of its special work - the ideological and political education, which decides realizing the labor value of the young team. The quality of the young team must meet the needs of building the well-off society in all-round way, establish the new idea of moral education "people first", make progress with each passing hour and optimize constantly. We should carry on scientific measurement and appraisal to the quality of the young team, on the basis of holding young team’s Current quality; -optimize the quality of the young team by the omni-directional ways as self-education, external education and social practice, etc.
