Abstract


Venture capital investment evaluation index system of risk assessment process indispensable tools and methods. Scientific evaluation index system, helps risk investment professionals based investment principles and risk appetite , according to certain evaluation criteria to assess risk investment projects , and thus a large number of alternative projects, screening out those relative risk is too large or low income projects , choose the most appreciation potential investment projects. Foreign investment risk evaluation index of research, has been a long time , and has established a relatively sound investment risk evaluation index system , and in the domestic venture capital is a new thing , has not established a more comprehensive evaluation index system, so , to promote the development of venture capital in China , it is necessary to establish a suitable for China 's venture capital evaluation index system . This paper summarizes domestic and foreign scholars risk investment evaluation index system based on the results , the use of marketing , management, marketing, strategy , Investment , financial management and risk management aspects of the relevant knowledge to assess the investment risk overall assessment of expected risks and benefits of this phase as a starting point to establish a set of expectations for the overall risks and benefits of the different stages of risk assessment evaluation index system of enterprises , and the subdivision index analysis shows .
