Abstract

Objective: This study was made ??using the model replacement impression techniques edentulous mandibular removable partial denture mixed support recent clinical results, to investigate the mixed support for the edentulous mandibular removable partial denture impression technique application model feasibility of substitution . In addition , a brief introduction model replacement impression techniques methods and theoretical basis . Methods: From Wuhan University School of Stomatology repair outpatient select three cases mandibular edentulous patients , the use of model replacement method of mold making dentures, all by the same doctors who have completed clinical operations . Stretching from the edge of the denture , denture base Alice moving , soft tissue tenderness, patient comfort and other aspects of evaluation denture clinical results. Results: The accuracy of denture edges stretching , soft tissue tenderness occurs less denture no obvious Alice moving , patients wear comfortable. Conclusion : The model produced by the displacement method edentulous mandibular removable partial denture mixed support clinical effect.
