Abstract


This study uses a standard research , logical induction , case analysis , from the new features of the current dynamic environment and challenge the traditional theory of competitive strategy to start , based on comparative analysis and evaluation of the traditional enterprise competitive advantage theory , pointing out that the knowledge enterprise access to a source of sustainable competitive advantage in a dynamic environment . Then, around the knowledge , enterprises the ability to discuss the three concepts of sustainable competitive advantage . Through research , we found : behind the ability of the enterprise is knowledge , and enterprise knowledge changes caused by the change of the enterprise capabilities . Further pointed out that on the basis of the ability to build enterprise system : knowledge update process essentially cycle of enterprise capabilities , enterprises to obtain sustainable competitive advantage to achieve enterprise capabilities loop , and make the enterprise competitive advantage matrix static capacity and dynamic capabilities are in a strong - strong potential . Finally , based on the above analysis , to build a knowledge - based sustainable competitive advantage , the paper argues that a broad knowledge to build a sustainable competitive advantage based on the establishment of a learning organization , and the implementation of organizational learning is to build sustainable competitive advantage critical .
