Abstract


With the growing trend of economic integration and financial globalization , China's insurance industry is facing new opportunities for development , but also poses a severe challenge to the development of China 's insurance industry . The situation of China's insurance industry has grown in strength , how to improve China 's insurance regulatory policies , and provide a good system to ensure the safety of China's insurance industry , stable and efficient operation and environmental assurance has become an important research topic in the current . This article draws scholars at home and abroad on the basis of theoretical study of insurance regulation , based on the theory of the insurance regulatory policies , combined with China's insurance regulatory history and current situation on the reform and development of China's insurance regulatory policies . And analysis of the development of international insurance regulatory policy direction from the five aspects of the objectives of insurance supervision system , means , insurance intermediaries and new regulatory issues put forward countermeasures to improve China's insurance regulatory policies .
