Abstract


Digitization of the extensive application of electronic medical records , medical equipment and instruments , increasing the amount of information of the medical records database . Most hospitals database processing is also limited to simple data operation , such as data to insert, modify , query, delete , lack of data integration and analysis , but also not to mention the medical decision-making and the automatic acquisition of knowledge . How vast amounts of medical information using data mining techniques to understand the linkages between the various diseases , to master the law of development of the current medical data mining hotspots . Dig up information on the diagnosis , treatment and medical research is an important value . A lot of data mining methods , the association rule mining is one of the important methods of research , post for thyroid electronic medical records data large , fast update mining effective association rules technology . The technology of interval merging method and characteristics of interval combined discrete preprocessing of the data in the medical records ; rules generated core algorithm , FUP algorithm optimized incremental update algorithm through old and new database set the support of the association rules between the attributes of the medical records . Experiments to verify the effectiveness of the improved algorithm the mining results important to grasp the relationship of symptoms and diagnosis of the disease , the diagnosis , treatment , and the law of development and medical research have important significance for understanding . This paper completed the following aspects : (1 ) a large number of electronic medical records data integration, cleaning, and other pre-processing operations . Feature analysis of medical records data in the cleaning process , the use of the of interval merging Act and characteristics of interval combined discretization discretization of continuous attribute data in the medical records . (2) in-depth analysis on the Apriori algorithm and an incremental update FUP algorithm , FUP algorithm optimized incremental update algorithm on the validity of medical record data in time , space , and its results are verified by experiments . ( 3 ) the use of the proposed optimization algorithm of the thyroid medical records data mining, the the thyroid medical records associated rules . The article explores the effective methods and tools for the medical database data mining , mining results of medical research .
