Abstract


Recently, with the embedment of our reform and opening, especially with the gradual establishment and development of social market economy system, we are provided with profound changes in social life, especially in the field of economy life-style and conditions and drastic variations are made to our value tropism and moral concept, so it brings new problems and challenges to the vocational morality of workers of social power system . Therefore how to enforce the workers’ moral construction of power system and to enhance moral quality and then to take on the responsibilities of people’s living-condition improvement and the boost of economic development is not only a new research ground but also the urgent demand of most people .So the article ,directed by Marxism, Maozedong’s ideology and Dengxiaoping’s theory ,using the principles of moral education and ethnics, describes the power system workers’ moral construction problems systematically. The article is divided into five parts : the first part ,the essential meaning of this power system workers’ moral construction and the meaning of this article ;the second part ,it discussed the power system workers’ conditions ; the third part expounded the power system professions’ responsibilities, characteristics and relations respectively ,also disclosed its characters different from other profession and its professional foundation ; the fourth part raised the moral criterion of power system workers , technique workers administrators and leaders ; the fifth part clarified the tasks of moral construction and its operating methods .
