Abstract


Since the eighties , logistics concept in China since the country began a study of the logistics , the logistics system theory is then used in various industries , printing companies have begun to use logistics management theories to guide their production . Inventory management is a central part of the logistics system , acted as a buffer , regulating and balancing effect . Inventory management in the printing business management aspects involved more cumbersome , is more complex and printing enterprises with high value-added economic activities of a management process . Good inventory management enables printing companies to reduce costs , in order to provide good print production material security ; printing companies reduce inventory losses, reduce inventory costs, improve inventory turns increased responsiveness and efficiency purposes , and improving production efficiency. In this paper, the printing company's inventory management status basis , through domestic and foreign inventory management theory and its development research for the actual needs of the domestic printing industry , proposed a set of printing enterprise inventory management theory, and design and implement inventory management information systems. The theory of the printing firm to change the existing inventory management situation , realize supplies , delivery, storage and classification of materials quota management , with better guidance. Meanwhile inventory management information system implementation that helps rapid online queries, material reserves and consumption situation in order to ensure the normal operation. Printed on China 's enterprises have certain theoretical guidance and good application value.
