Abstract


With the gradual improvement of the supply chain , the supply chain has a relatively complete and optimization system . Enterprises in the production environment of mass customization still want to get the maximum benefits from the customer 's point of view to achieve this goal . The traditional supply chain system is a product - oriented , and this paper, should gradually evolve into a service -oriented customer demand system , which is a service of the problem to be solved . First, the system of management thinking level for enterprise information systems reflect the service consists of two main aspects to measure , followed by the system to achieve the technical level . Throughout this paper, service the ideological discourse maintenance management system design and implementation. For maintenance contractors , how to make use of the spare parts information data , maintenance of historical data , customers evaluate information and data on its own as well as the various participants in the supply chain to provide data to support better data to predict , more effective information and more efficient maintenance , as well as provide a more satisfactory service , the research focus of this article . This paper first described for the maintenance management system to solve the issues related to the maintenance management system for spare parts inventory management , maintenance, failure mode and diagnostic analysis and maintenance management situation ; Second , the analysis of the characteristics of the random without regular maintenance spare parts inventory requirements , maintenance spare parts inventory management model based on the classification of spare parts demand characteristics , and data evidence for this model is given ; Thirdly , the demand for maintenance personnel , suppliers of spare parts , spare parts manufacturers , as well as finished products manufacturers , analysis of the relationship between the spare parts failure phenomenon and the reasons for the failures of spare parts and spare parts related properties , the performance of the finished product and related spare parts , and the introduction of data mining association rules to arrive at one of the potential relationship ; Finally, service needs of the participants on the maintenance of the supply chain , combined with service modeling and design methods , the value of service-oriented exchange model , and this model is designed with service-oriented vehicle maintenance management system .
