Abstract


By the development and extension of GIS technology, the customers of GIS have a growing requirement among the present situation quality and accuracy to the fundamental geography data. Whichever aspect, such as planning and evaluating traffic flood analysis environment imitation and making policy support etc.. All of these need the accurate geography data with present situation quality to do the right analysis and decision-making. The core of the current GIS has changed to data revision from data capturing. The real challenge in the GIS domain in the future is updating and sharing of geography information data. The data revision technique and project tenor of urban basic geography information database have become the urgency task now.For the sake of embodying present situation quality of urban basic geography information data, and decreasing data revision and maintenance’s burden of information system at aspect of economy and technique, this thesis discusses the data structure saving method data capturing processing method data revision and data sharing of urban basic geography information system(UBGIS), and analyzes the mode and method of it’s data revision. At last, the paper summarizes and supplements former method of data revision and maintenance of UBGIS, and puts forward a set of sustainable development method of it. The thesis around the data revision and maintenance of UBGIS, proceeds several efforts as follow.1) According to the characteristics and ability of data revision about current UBGIS, put forward a whole set of flow about data revision of UBGIS.2) By making use of new technique new instrument and new processing mode, alleviate the expenses of UBGIS data revision, and increase the project speed of UBGIS data revision.3) Rebuilding the data of CAD, make the data of DLG suited GIS inputting and data sharing.4) By using 1:500 topographic map updating 1:2000 topographic through generalization of automatic cartography, decrease the burden of UBGIS data revision.5) By expanding the UGIS function and increasing UGIS customer, enhance the benefit of UGIS.6) By using network technique and distribute technique to enhance the spatial data sharing, put the limited spatial data to the limitless using, which is the best way to reduce the burden of date revision.Only in these cooperative efforts as discussed above, should we achieve UBGIS data revision’s sustainable development and bring the whole UGIS data revision in a sustainable development way, at same time satisfy the socialization requirement of GIS and contribute more power for economic development.
