Abstract


With the development of the computer science and network technology,the office automatic system becomes an important tool to improve efficiency,it plays an important role to increase the competitiveness of enterprises。This paper will mainly focus on analysis,design and implementation of the South Media Corporation Office Automatic system。The system structure,system analysis to design,database design will be discussed in the paper at the same time。The purpose is to design a safe,reliable,easy-to-use office automatic system。In the system analysis and design,we will develop how to use the Unified Modeling Language to do the object-oriented describing and modeling according to the user’s demand。The main part of this paper will describe how to use ASP.net mvc framework to design the functional modules。The detailed description of the main modules will be listed in the paper。The system has been put into operation,and basically meets the various kinds of needs of South Media Corporation。This paper contains the systematic exposition of the development of office automation system design and implementation methods。Finally,this paper summarizes the experience of system development through the implementation of office automation system.
