Abstract

Gluing technique is widely used in electronics packaging industry is one of the core technologies , glue technology development will greatly decrease the total cost of the integrated circuit . To this end our group for gluing process requires glue machine design and research , developed a contact glue experimental apparatus . Tube melter from the functional requirements of starting a glue action plan designed XY stage and Z axes. Key components of this unit -Z -axis depth curves were run , to select the S-shaped curve of the operating curve as the Z axis , thereby increasing the Z -axis high-speed reciprocating smooth running . Finally, the S-shaped curve for a detailed analysis and research, thus solving Glue Motion Control core problem. According Glue experimental device characteristics , determined by the PC and CNC multi-axis motion controller. Through the use of \In determining the system and the motor control mode, the system and the motor successfully carried out debugging. For fabric glue melter operation , the use of VC 6.0 tool, using object-oriented approach , the idea of ??modular and multi- threading and database technology, developed a fabric glue device software control system . The system has a code editor , parameter setting , manual adjustment , automatic dispensing , fault diagnosis and treatment of experimental data is automatically saved and other functions, to solve with other CAD / CAM software compatibility , to achieve a convenient graphical interface , intuitive handling , good to meet a key demand component Z axis movement , thus ensuring the fabric glue glue experimental device functions are implemented . Combined with the physical picture of the system to achieve a detailed description of the final work on the text of
