Abstract

Wujiang River since the 1980s , the river basin water frequently outbreak of algae \In the river ecosystem , the growth and reproduction of the planktonic algae in the water residence time has a special and important relationship . The rate of water flow determines the residence time in the water . Three Gorges Reservoir . Backwater to Wulong upstream Eguchi , then, the time of the particle from Wulong to Fuling greatly increased . This is bound to have a significant impact on the ecological environment of the Lower Reaches of the Wujiang River and the Three Gorges Reservoir Area . This thesis is in order of chlorella (Cholorella vulgaris) , and the husk nitzschia (Nitzchia palea) both freshwater Pusheng algae species as experimental material to simulate the environmental conditions of the Wujiang River water , indoor 15-day culture , different nitrogen and phosphorus level ( located in low levels) and different light levels ( set high , medium and low levels) on the growth of the following conclusions : (1) the effects of nitrogen and phosphorus on the growth of Chlorella and husk nitzschia have a significant effect . Different algae on the nitrogen and phosphorus levels have different needs . The number of cells increased with incubation time ; the chlorella number of high nitrogen and phosphorus levels significantly higher than chlorella cultured under low nitrogen and phosphorus ; husk nitzschia get the maximum number of cells in hypophosphatemia . After 15 days of culture , the number of cells of various treatment levels are reached or the number of outbreak of water bloom more than a natural water body . Nutrient levels are elevated within a certain range is conducive to the growth, (2) light levels significantly affected the growth of chlorella and husk nitzschia . Two algae light demand high light levels is more conducive to the growth of Chlorella ; husk nitzschia grow faster in the light , high light and low light inhibited its growth . After 15 days of culture , deal with the number of horizontal cells are China cell density of water to meet or exceed the natural water broke . Early spring light intensity more suitable husk nitzschia growth ; spring and higher light intensity value is more conducive to the growth and reproduction of chlorella . (3 ) in order to portray the chlorella cell number and the growth rate of the husk nitzschia . In each of nitrogen and phosphorus levels and light levels
