Abstract


Manufacturing enterprise information is a complex system engineering , the process of building a long-term process of continuous improvement , which is an ever- deepening application process , a steady state is reached again in the steady state by mutation . In this paper, the application of the theory of business management and IT governance theory , based on the actual situation of the development of China 's manufacturing information , through empirical and theoretical analysis , enterprise information construction in China from its infancy to the specification stage , from the specification stage to the fine stage of development the course of in-depth research . The analysis deepen the application of information technology strategy , from the basis of management and information technology , management, information technology , product innovation and digitized , and the basis of information in four areas of enterprise IT departments to play a role in the different stages of development of the information technology comparison IT governance principles and methods . The research topics include : assessment using of E-ITAMM on enterprise information status quo ; typical problem in the construction of enterprise information ; starting from the needs of the enterprise information construction , describes the enterprise in the field of ERP, PLM and IT infrastructure deepening application of information technology strategies ; building security system for the construction of enterprise information , from the point of view of the IT governance analysis and proposed solutions . Instance analysis strategies and safeguards the deepening of enterprise information applications . Large quantities of enterprise information construction is to fine stage from the norm , the main points of the different stages of the evaluation method , this article for the manufacturing enterprise informatization construction of enterprise information initial specification and fine work content for enterprise information deepen the application of a certain reference value .
