Abstract


In the current context of international trade, financial services, particularly trade finance services which have a direct impact on trade has played an increasingly important role in international trade. Whether a country's trade finance business can develop well and take full advantage of an important factor to improve the competitiveness of foreign trade has become its. Specifically, international trade financing not only banks and the main issues is an important source of business innovation, the enterprise effective use of financial resources, expand exports and improve their competitiveness on the international market, resulting in the international market. on one of the channels play a more important role. Study the import and export trade financing is necessary not only in practice, but in theory also of great significance. Over the years, the books and papers of the domestic import and export trade financing is not exactly small, but its focus often lies in the analysis of common means of trade finance operational processes, risk their fraud.
