Abstract


Since the country initiated its reform and opening-up policy, the non-profit organizations(NPOs) in our country debelop rapidly because of government reform. NPOs have the obvious functional advantages in aspects that accelerate the community to develop and meet the public requirements, then both the government and the NPOs are main parts in the public management areas.Since the 1980s, the interaction between the external government and the NPOs has been built. And the practical experience and theories about the interaction built between external government and NPOs are riper, moreover these experience and thories enlighten us on building the interaction between China government and NPOs in our country. Compare with the enternal countries, the relationship between our government and NPOs needs to improved. The article probes into the weakness and problems about the relationship between China government and NPOs from two angles respectively. And the thesis goes further into how to build healthy interaction between China government and NPOs from the government angle and the NPOs angele.
