Abstract


With the development of information construction on emergency, emergency information systems are constructed by local government according to native environment, and these systems play very important roles in emergency management and incident corresponding. Shortfalls are found in the current system, such as reconstruction, lack of reuse, repeated development. Now we are forced to extract same function models and construct a sharing component based information system.In this paper, we proposed a novel approach to solve the problem faced by the information system. Our key research is focused on the building of the data model of the perception of the emergency. First we construct the perception model by analyzing the current model on emergency field, and describe the relationship between the related emergency data. All subfield can extend their function according to future use, which makes the information system accomplished parallel processing. Then we propose that the function of perception data model and that the emergency information system is based on analysis of subfield. Now we make definations of the emergency problem, data understanding, data prehandling, data model and service models.At Last, we design and construct a share platform based on the analysis of data preception of emergency corresponding system and data sharing model, and this platform accomplished data management and sharing among different subfield emergency information systems, and this accomplishment verified my theory.
