Abstract


In recent years, with the popularization of network technology and the timeliness of relevant policies, some of the work in the tax progressive can be completed via the Internet and the pc terminals. This is not only bringing the convenience of the taxpayers but also greatly reducing the tax workers’workload. However, the current main local tax collecting work is progressing by humans, which makes some work such us the tax revenue and the information statistical still difficulty.Aim to the actual situation mentioned above in the tax work progress, we use Spring+Struts+Hibernate technical architecture based on J2EE technology platform architecture to establish a local tax collection and management system. The success of design and implementation of this system not only facilitates the work of the taxpayer, but also reduce the strength of the tax work.The design and implementation of this system is based on actual demand. In the system design process, we take user’s convenience and flexibility of operation account and design the process as following: first, user should login to the system with correct username and password; then, he(she) can do some operations for Tripartite Agreement of the taxpayers; after this, he(she) can use real-time tax deduction model and in this process, after send the data, users should wait for the massage from TIPS; finally, in a few days or after tax day, tax staff must deal reconciliation and this is touched off by users and finished by system itself; also, user can query some relative information and download the relevant report.In the system development process, we use many new techniques, such as Hibernate data persistence technology, DWR technology. These technologies not only make the data transfer and control more convenient, but also friend user’s operation pages. In the system design and development process, we address the key issues as follows: We have established a complete system of local tax collection and management of information flow. We meet the needs of users of the system while ensuring a friendly user page.Using MVC design pattern, we separated model, view and control reasonably in the system. This is not only guaranteeing the data security and stability, but also making the system expansion and maintenance of the follow-up simple.
