Abstract


In nature science, chemistry is one of the foremost foundation subjects. The majority chemistry data resources have the direct application value and the latent commercial value. With the advancement of IT technology and the popularization of Internet, cooperation-sharing system of chemistry data resources have been breaking area limit of the application of chemistry databases ’s Information Island and greatly improving the efficiency and performance of the service of them. Sharing service of processing technology of chemical structure data is just one application-oriented service of processing technology of chemical data resources. Web Services is a system structure that was put forward in recent years, which has the characteristics such as complete platform, independent language, complete encapsulation, high loose coupling, common ability and standardization of protocol and so on. These characteristics make it become one of the most important directions of the application of resources sharing.Sharing service of processing technology of chemical structure data based on Web Services is an important constituent of the project of knowledge innovation and "one website and two databases". Its important aim is to discuss the feasibility of sharing resources by providing sharing service of processing technologies.This paper has analyzed the system structure, operation model and relevant technical standard of web services, according to the special demand of sharing service system of processing technology, designed and implemented the system structure, the main function module based on web services. The system is composed by five sub-systems; each sub- system may realize sharing service cross platform: the demand of common user’s browsing and the request to carry on information processing of scientific researchers.Role based Access Control, as one of the most popular mechanism for permission management, has been widely adopted for wide-scale system in practice.
